Site rebrand October 2021
The eagle-eyed amongst you will have noticed we have renamed the site. We have finally accepted that whilst Google loved the name ‘Designing Buildings Wiki’ - because it did what it said on the tin – actual humans could not seem to say it for some reason. So we have opted instead for the simpler ‘Designing Buildings’ to match our URL.
We have also taken the opportunity to make the site a bit wider, to better suit newer, higher resolution screens. In the future, you will see more, and bigger, images, and better explanations of how the site works and how you can get involved. Whether it's finding the knowledge you need, writing articles about your specialist subject, creating a profile telling people all about you, or editing or commenting on existing articles – this is an open wiki site – it depends on you getting involved. Find out how here.
Finally we have introduced a new advertising module giving us greater flexibility about where and how to show adverts to make sure they are as relevant to you as possible. You can find out more about marketing opportunities on Designing Buildings here.

There wil be even a lot more of that in the future.
